Beech House is a wonderfully comfortable and luxurious 5 bedroom house (sleeps 12) with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), games room featuring pool table & cinema screen and a large covered hot tub.

A large, enclosed garden with patio heater, pizza oven, firepit and BBQ make the outside space the perfect place to enjoy at any time of year.

Dogs are very welcome to stay as we understand what a big part of the family they are and the rear garden is fully enclosed.  

There are some fantastic dog walks straight from the house and most of the local pubs and cafes as well as many of the local beaches are doggy friendly all year round.

A welcome pack is provided for your 4 legged friends with treats, throws to protect the furniture and towels to clean muddy paws!

A large driveway for 5 cars (With type 2 electric car charging) and close proximity to the train station make Beech House a great option whatever your mode of transport.

Just 10 minutes drive from the seaside resort of Skegenss and Gibraltar Point Nature reserve, Beech House is the perfect base for groups and families of all ages.  Slightly further afield at Chapel St Leonards and Anderby Creek are some of the finest, unspoilt beaches and nature reserves that the county has to offer.

We hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Beech House has the following facilities:

- 5 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and luxury linens (2 king, 2 double, 2 single beds & a luxury full size double sofa bed).  All bedrooms have ample storage for clothes, and hairdryer.  3 bedrooms have a smart TV

- 2 ensuite shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom

- All towels and linens are provided, including separate hot tub towels.

- 2 living rooms with Smart TVs and open fireplaces

-  Well equipped Kitchen with electric AGA, separate electric oven/grill, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, bean to cup coffee machine, kettle and toaster.  A full range of glasses, crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils is provided.

- Games room with slate bed pool table, cinema screen with projector (cables to plug in most phones/tablets for streaming are provided), dart board and a wide variety of board games.
